At Sol & Sand, each piece is handmade or carefully selected, and we want you to love what you receive. That said, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives broken or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at solandsandstudios@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily work with you to offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation. Requests submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Please note that tarnishing, fading, or minor wear over time is considered normal—especially if care instructions aren’t followed—and is not considered a defect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to improper care, rough handling, or general wear and tear.

Due to hygiene reasons, and because many of our pieces are made-to-order or limited stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please double-check your cart and shipping information before checking out. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, we’re always happy to help!
